Keely and Garrison tied the knot at the breathtaking Seclusion. With its lush views and gorgeous reception space, it is the perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration!
We had a lot of fun with this brunch themed menu! After the ceremony, guests were treated to our passed signature ham biscuits. Composed of hickory smoked shaved ham, sweet potato-apple butter, and a buttermilk biscuit topped with sage butter, it is the perfect classic finger food. Fruit skewers were also passed and are another classic and elegant appetizer perfect for any time of the day.
The main course included fresh scrambled eggs, classic French quiche with Gruyère cheese and spinach, and a waffle bar complete with a choice of toppings including: sautéed cider apples, bourbon molasses butter, roasted peach butter, maple cream cheese drizzle, bananas foster syrup, maple syrup, blueberries, and whipped cream.
Additional offerings were our homemade breakfast sausages, thick cut Applewood smoked bacon, home fried potatoes, and an interactive yogurt parfait station where guests created their unique parfait with choices of assorted yogurts & toppings.
