It was such a pleasure working for this family to craft the perfect meal to celebrate Meredith and Zach's union at beautiful Sierra Vista. The moments captured by Jared Ladia Photography are absolutely stunning and show the thoughtful details planned to capture love's beauty.
The reception menu complimented the elegant but natural and rustic setting, with lots of fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Cocktail hour featured our handcrafted smokey chipotle BBQ meatballs and our bruschetta and olive tampenade made from ripe tomatoes sourced from a roadside country stand.
Fresh greens for salad, fresh vegetables grilled with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper, homemade potatoes au gratin, and baked beans complimented our slow smoked pulled pork BBQ and tender chicken slathered in our in house marsala sauce!
